Stuck?! 15 May

Hiya!! I hope you are all looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend :).   I have had a chance to do some scrapping and it does wonders for my mood.  Tonight I would like to share with you my layout for the Stuck?! 15 May Challenge.  This is what the sketch looked like:

I love this photo as my Uncle Frank is usually the photographer and doesn't appear in many photos.  My DS2 really did enjoy his company.  Thank you for checking it out!!

123 Challenge Blog

Good evening!  I don't know where May has gone but its almost the end of the month again.  Today I took a day off work to catch up on some very much needed sleep, but also to scrap :).  I worked on the 123 Challenge Blog Challenge for May which looks like this:



This is my layout:

The funny look on my photo is the reflection of the pergola roof but I was struggling for sunlight.  This is a old photo, my DS2 is now a big kindy kid!  But I have an awesome beige sandstone Heavenly Heart from Charm's Creations, flag/bunting and the word baby.  Thanks so much for checking it out!

Good morning!!

I hope you are well and having a really creative month.  This month at White with 1 the colour is:




Now at first I was thinking cool - red!   But then I realised that Raspberry wine is more of a hot pink colour and I had to rethink my whole idea :).  I though I would try and do lots of texture with layout and this is what I came up with:

Sketchabilities #139

Hi :)  Its a cold and rainy day here in Canberra today and a good excuse to stay inside.  I wish I could be scrapping right now but my two year old would have the place destroyed in about 2 seconds flat.  Anyway, I though I would share with you what I got up to last night for Sketchabilities #139 which looks like this:



Pretty awesome sketch!  I really tried to do it justice.  I love this photo of my younger son with my Dad's new dog.

Charm's Creations NSD Challenge

Good morning!  How are you today?  I am feeling really sleep deprived at the moment :(  But I got some time to scrap last night so I shouldn't complain.  I played with the sketch for NSD from Charm's Creations:



This is my layout:

I used a Charm's Creation Heavenly Heart, quite a few pieces from D-lish Scraps and I used a stencil and texture paste to create the hearts and the rose.  Thank you for checking it out :)

Kraft +

Good morning - another layout for today.  The Kraft + inspiration board is very cool one this month - with a colour scheme which is a bit outside my comfort zone so definitely inspired me to try something different.  This is it:



I picked up the colours orange, the lime green (from the wall), brass, sky blue and a few flowers plus the twine.

Scrap the Boys

Good morning.  I hope your Monday is good one.  I have both my boys home sick today so I am hoping to have a nice quiet day but I think I am deluding myself.  Anyway, I did some scrapping the other day and I thought it was time to share - this month at Scrap the Boys the inspiration is:

D'lish Scraps

Good afternoon.  I hope you are having a fantastic day.  My little princess is taking a nap so I am taking some Mumma time.  This is the mood board from D'lish Scraps this month:



I ordered one of the just add paper kits and this is what I came up with based on the sketch:

Instead of using a second photo I created a tag using products from the just add paper kit, as I have seen some of the gorgeous tags others had made and thought I would have to attempt one myself.  Thank you for stopping by and having a look :)

Scrap the Girls

I knew as soon as I saw the sketch for Scrap the Girls this month that I wanted to capture a picture of my Nanny with my daughter.  My Nanny has come over from England for her 90th birthday and its the first time she has met my daughter and my second son.  As you can imagine I am so very excited about getting to see her and my kids getting to spend some time with her.  Anyway, back to the sketch:

Stuck?! 1 May

Good morning!  I hope you are enjoying your weekend!  I got some time last night and got my scrap on.  This morning I even has some weather that is good enough to take some photos!  I love Stuck?! sketches and this is what their 1 May one looks like:

I loved the colours in these photos so used them to make my design.  I also had the perfect Super Star from Charm's Creations to embellish with.  I sprayed my chipboard title white and then heat embosed it with clear/blue sparkle! I am so glad you came by to check it out!

Show Us Your Staff May

Good morning and Happy Mother's Day.  I hope you are all being appropriately spoilt!!  I finished this layout off last week for Show Us Your Stuff but with the weather and work I have not had a sunny moment at home to take a photo.   The challenge this month was to use the follow sketch:
